Our dog woke up ill. She was mopey, not wanting her morning treat and then started shaking her head as though something was in her ear. We knew she had to be seen so we called our vet and they were booked. Couldn’t see us until Friday… it was Monday. So my husband and I started calling around. We talked to 7 other places all booked. When I called Village Veterinary Hospital they said they didn’t have an available appointment but she still asked me what was going on. When I explained her symptoms how every office I called was booked she said she would squeeze her in. We were able to get her seen same day. I will be forever grateful for the compassion they showed and making the time to take care of our dog. As an added bonus they were wonderful!
